Fueled by her passion for people, process, and technology, Melissa is one of the driving forces behind the creation of Fusion3. She is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction and managing overall operations.
Throughout her career, Melissa has always had a knack for seeing the big picture. With over 10 years of diverse experience in operations, technology, service delivery, and human resources, her deep understanding of business operations has positioned her well to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate to clients.
Melissa has her B.S. in Business Administration. She holds several certifications: ITIL, PHR, and ServiceNow Administrator. When she is not at work, you can find Melissa teaching group fitness classes, golfing, gearing up for her next fitness competition, or spending time with her dogs lake side.
Kevin has responsibility for leading business operations and ensuring operational excellence.
Kevin has been involved with some of the largest MSPs in New England, Atrion Networking Corporation, and later Carousel Industries over the last 10 years. His primary responsibility for the past 5 years was moving the organization to ServiceNow and transforming how people worked in their processes and therefore transforming how they did business and creating engaged and adaptive workforces.
Before his involvement with the ServiceNow platform, Kevin was also part of internet advertising management software company Bluestreak where he led the product development and strategy worldwide.
Leveraging his passion for problem solving – probably due to his mathematician background -paired with his other passion of technology – he thrives on transforming business processes and therefore enriching the work lives of many. He looks at process and technology as tools to help people enjoy the work they do and therefore deliver a better experience to their clients.
He has a BS in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. You can find him typically cycling – an active member in the Bike MS rides – snowboarding – sailing – or geeking out over the latest technology.
Ian believes there is always a better way to get something done. With 16 years of development experience including Web Design, SharePoint Development, Interactive Applications (Augmented Reality, Game Design, Consumer facing Kiosks), and ServiceNow development. Whether spending time optimizing code for web applications or pushing his code to render at steadier frame rates, efficiency must increase. Ian has spent the past 5 years working in ServiceNow, primarily as a Solutions Engineer and most recently as a Platform Consultant. Ian has worked on and overseen large-scale data migrations, multiple ServiceNow upgrades, system integrations, Service Portal rollouts, and a Sec Ops deployment.
Obsessed with future technology, he dreams of automating as many products in his home as possible. If the product doesn't exist, he'll probably try to 3d print it. Ian lives with his wife and daughter in Rhode Island.
