This first video discusses some moments that came about during the strategy sessions with a client as they moved their BIA (Business Impact Analysis) from Excel to ServiceNow BCM. BIAs are typically the first place clients start so they can understand their most critical processes, applications, locations etc. Then from there they can prioritize resiliency planning for the most critical to start. For this reason they should get a lot of focus to make sure you are getting accurate information and doing it efficiently.
